We transfer VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8, Digital8, MiniDV, audio cassettes, cine film, 35mm slides, negatives, photographs, DVDs, CDs and more to digital formats.
Do you offer editing?
Yes, I can carry out simple edits, including removing unwanted footage and creating clips or segments of your choice.
What format will I receive my files in?
Most video transfers are supplied as MP4 files. Photos, slides, and negatives are supplied as high-resolution JPEG files unless otherwise requested.
How long does a transfer take?
Most orders are completed within 7–14 days, depending on the size of the order and current workload.
Will my original tapes and photos be returned?
Yes. All original media is safely returned with your digital copies.
Can you save my files to a USB stick?
Yes. We can supply your files on a USB drive or provide them via digital download.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Customers can send their media by post or arrange a drop-off appointment in Epsom. Local collection and delivery may also be available by arrangement.
Can old tapes be improved?
I can perform basic colour correction and enhancement where appropriate, but the quality of the final result depends on the condition of the original recording.
