We don’t transfer your video footage directly to DVD or USB, we transfer to a computer to ensure your footage is transferred at the highest quality, then transfer to either DVD, USB stick or MP4 digital file.

We take the utmost care in preserving your memories. However, if your tape is in bad condition or broken, please refrain from sending it to us, as we cannot repair damaged tapes. To ensure a smooth transfer process, please inspect your tapes before sending them our way.

When you choose to transfer your tapes with us, you have several options for how you'd like to receive your digital content:
DVD Format:
Each transferred tape will be provided on a separate printed DVD. which will be supplied in a plastic slip wallet for convenient storage.
Digital MP4 File:
Your video content can be converted to an MP4 file, suitable for watching on your computer using a video player or for editing with video editing software, depending on your preference.
MP4 USB Stick:
We can transfer your files onto a USB stick, compatible with both TV and computer use. One USB stick will be provided with your order, and we'll select the appropriate storage size based on your order's requirements.
We also retain your transfers on file for several months, allowing you the opportunity to purchase additional copies if desired.
However, they will be removed from our system after this period. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide you with flexible options for preserving and sharing your precious memories.
