We securely store your files for 30 days after completion notification.
After this period:

4. How do I send my tapes?
You can choose one of the following:

5. My USB won’t play on my TV — what should I do?
Some TVs only support certain formats such as FAT32, exFAT, or NTFS.
We can:

Format your USB for better TV compatibility (just tell us your TV model)

Or suggest simple alternatives like HDMI playback from a laptop
6. Can you fix damaged or mouldy tapes?
We assess all tapes individually.

Light mould can often be safely cleaned and transferred

Severely moulded or physically damaged tapes may not be safe to process
