What types of audio cassette can be transferred to digital format?
We are able to convert from the following types of cassette tape into digital formats (CD/MP3 Digital/MP3 Physical USB):

Can damaged tapes be converted to digital?
We take the utmost care in preserving your memories. However, if your cassette tape is in bad condition or broken, please refrain from sending it to us, as we are not able to repair damaged tapes. To ensure a smooth transfer process, please inspect your cassettes before sending them our way.

How will I receive my digital audio conversion?
When you choose to transfer your tapes with us, you have several options for how you'd like to receive your digital content:
CD Format
Each transferred tape will be provided on a separate printed Compact Disc, which will be supplied in a plastic slip wallet for convenient storage.
Digital MP3 File
Your audio content can be converted to an MP3 file, suitable for listening on your computer using an appropriate media player or for editing with software, depending on your preference.
MP3 USB Stick
We can transfer your files onto a USB stick, compatible with both TV and computer use. One USB stick will be provided with your order, and we'll select the appropriate storage size based on your order's requirements.
We also retain your transfers on file for several months, allowing you the opportunity to purchase additional copies if desired.
However, they will be removed from our system after this period. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide you with flexible options for preserving and sharing your precious memories.
